Due to the unusual circumstances of the accident it took a few weeks to deal through the red tape yet in the end the Jason Johnson agents and staff took excellent care of my claims. "A kids sofa flew off his truck and hit me. As I tried to get out the way, I ran into him. This kid ended up having no insurance and State Farm made it very hard for me to get my wife’s medical expenses paid, even though I had full coverage and insurance uninsured motorist coverage. Wasn’t till I got a lawyer, did this left resolved. Years after I found out that they recorded me as having 2 accidents that day. Guess one from the sofa hitting me and one for me rear ending that kid. Only found out after I was looking to switch insurance and the other company looked me up and told me the record me as getting into 2 accidents with raise my cost 2x for one accident that was not even my fault. When I mentioned this to them, the lady there told me that in 2 month my premium would be back to normal. Was with them for almost 20 years. If I would have only known and would had left way earlier."
